We are a 501(c) 3 Nonprofit association located in Coudersport, PA. Our goal is to lessen the suffering and neglect of animals and to help people who have to give up their dogs. We also want to assist people who wish to open their hearts and homes to a new family member. There are a large number of animals in Potter County that are in need of help and Potter County does not have an SPCA. Our goal is to assist dogs in the area that are turned in to us, rehabilitate dogs when necessary, and teach socialization skills. Although we currently have limited space and resources, we are here to help.(814) 274-0383
