Noah’s Ark is a non-profit organization dedicated to help the animals of Carlsbad and surrounding Eddy County. We strive to educate the public about the value of spay/neuter surgery and the importance of supporting your local animal shelter.
We are committed to reducing the number of unwanted pets throughout Spay/Neuter Certificate Program and out Feral Cat/Trap/Neuter/Release Program.
