Mutt Match LA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by the laws of the State of California and was incorporated in 2009 by founder and director Sheilah Aragon.

We are an equal-opportunity all-breed rescue. While we do not specialize in any one particular breed, we have a special place in our hearts for puppies, seniors, and special-needs cases. While many people believe cute, cuddly puppies are the first to be adopted from shelters, it simply isn’t true.

Mutt Match believes in intervention, stepping in when possible to keep dogs out of an already over-crowded shelter system where they are vulnerable to illnesses, abusers, and less-than-ideal homes. So we take owner surrenders, strays, and dogs being given away on sites likes Craigslist.323-839-2980
