Welcome to XOXO Pet Rescue, Inc., a nonprofit organization devoted to saving as many dogs as possible from high-kill shelters, abuse and neglect, and then finding them permanent, loving homes. We are a foster-based rescue group with foster homes throughout southeastern Virginia.

XOXO Pet Rescue is not just a canine rescue group. Although most of our rescued animals are dogs and puppies, we will network with local animal advocacy groups to save other furred and feathered friends in need.

Every dog depicted on our website has been an XOXO Pet Rescue dog. Each of these dogs has been cared for by a rescue volunteer and given a second chance to find a forever home.757-291-9009
