Rain City Rescue is a foster and volunteer based rescue that saves dogs of all breeds and ages from high kill shelters in Georgia and California; adopting them to loving families in the northwest. Because of our passion for animals, we devote personal dollars and all our free time free to foster, evaluate, photograph, advertise, vet, and transport these precious lives.
