The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina’s mission is to provide a safe haven for homeless and neglected pets in our community while finding suitable, loving homes for them to be adopted into. We provide educational resources to our community on responsible pet ownership and the importance of the low cost spay and neuter programs in our area to reduce pet overpopulation and reduce the number of animals that come into area shelters.252-413-7247
