Purebred Rescue Organization of Ohio, Inc. “PRO” is a federal non-profit organization charitable organization 501(c)(3). Our organization rescues dogs from owners who can no longer keep their pet, as well as from local from animal shelters. Our program provides basic manners training and socialization through the cell dog program. Our rescue program utilizes the inmates or “dog handlers” through the state prison institutions. Dogs of “PRO” are adopted after they go through the cell dog program. The name of our program is the Pets Uniting People Program, or “P.U.P.P.”866-841-9137
