The Humane Society of Columbiana County is a no-kill, no suffering, non-profit, animal welfare organization that investigates claims of cruelty, abuse and neglect and adopts animals into lifelong homes, while focusing on curbing pet overpopulation.

HSCC sponsors humane agents who are trained and court appointed at no cost to taxpayers. HSCC is not affiliated with any national animal welfare organization such as HSUS or government entity. HSCC maintains its own mission statement, bylaws and has a 7 member board of directors who act in accordance with the bylaws and the Ohio Revised Code.

Humane Society and Adoption Center – We operate solely on private donation and are not funded with taxpayer dollars. We are an independent membership organization and are not an affiliate of any national organization.330-332-2600
