The West Valley Animal Project is built around one simple mission: doing what is best for animals in need, until adoption is the only option. The WVC Shelter is full of caring shelter workers & volunteers that are constantly overwhelmed with the number of increasing homeless pets. We have come together as a team to combat this problem and look forward to seeing what a small group of concerned citizens are truly capable of.
The West Valley Animal Project’s vision consists of:

• Promoting animal welfare
• Providing education to pet owners
• Developing community awareness of homeless animals
• Finding reliable foster & permanent homes for homeless animals
• Reducing the number of unwanted pets through effective spay & neuter programs

All shelters, including the WVC Animal Shelter is constantly overcrowded with strays, unwanted & neglected pets of all shapes, sizes and ages. We will be engaging in various activities, adoption events, workshops, and fundraisers to bring the number of homeless pets down to initially zero.
