Animal Rescue Friends, Ltd (ARF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog and cat rescue. We are a New Hope Partner with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC). ARF is headquartered in Surprise, Arizona with foster homes through out the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are all volunteers, and operate solely with funds from adoption fees, and donations.
