OC ARC is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was formed to promote humane treatment and quality of life for all animals, rescue animals in need, reduce pet overpopulation and provide pet adoption services. We do not accept OWNER RELINQUISHED animals as we do not have the facilities to accommodate them. We are pleased to announce our partnership with PetsMart at the District Shopping Center in Tustin, CA. We have many wonderful adult cats available for adoption. OC ARC is completely volunteer driven, no salaries are paid. Volunteers help by fostering animals that are too young or sick to be placed at the Luv-A-Pet center. Healthy animals are maintained at the store by diligent volunteers.949-451-3272
